Cindy Bultema, President & Founder
Cindy is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in ministry, nonprofit leadership, and executive development. She’s known for her contagious energy, strategic thinking, and heart to see others thrive. Cindy is a national speaker, certified Working Genius facilitator, and adjunct professor of leadership.

John Bultema, Director of Finance
John brings 25 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting across healthcare, real estate, property management, and hospitality. He holds a BA in Accounting from Taylor University and an MBA in Finance from Grand Valley State.
Calm, confident, and strategic, John is a trusted financial consultant who turns bold ideas into reliable systems. His integrity and dependability are the backbone of BIG’s financial strategy.

Benj Bultema, Financial Strategy Advisor
Benj graduated from Butler University with a degree in Finance and Risk Management and currently serves as a Financial Advisor at MBIA Capital Advisors. He supports BIG with financial insight and generational perspective. Benj’s sharp eye for data and client-centered mindset help BIG stay future-focused, strong, and scalable.
